Leia was an owner surrender from Fairfax Co VA, and went to her forever home in Pittsburgh with Brandon, Katia, and Diesel.

Nugget is a 2-year-old male Shar-Pei, approximately 50 lbs. He is good with kids, other dogs and cats. Very friendly, playful big boy. LOVES attention and gentle taking treats.

Coco is approximately 3 yr old, dog social, spayed/UTD on vaccinations, dog friendly. She also has the most expressive ears of any dog we’ve ever met! She’s extremely sweet.

Hampton is a 3 yr old male, 52 pounds, and growing (up from 46 when taken off the streets of Puerto Rico). Friendly with other dogs once he gets to know them. Good with children and adults. His right front leg has a curve to it. X-rays have the vet saying it was either a birth defect, or an untreated fracture as a puppy. He does not appear to be in pain and does not let that stop him from his walks.

Update (5/17/18): We are pleased to announce that Hampton found his forever Dad and went to his new home to Roanoke VA, after almost a year waiting to find the right family. The boy’s had a tough time finding the right home, but we think he hit the jackpot with Shannon. Hampton will be the king of his domain, a fenced in yard, dog patio and all the love he can stand from Shannon. Way to go Hampton!
Please help this sweet little Lady. She is a 13 year old sweet girl whose owner passed away. She is all alone and was taken to the shelter. She’s a small little 32 lbs so would do nicely in an home or an apartment. She walks nicely on a leash, appears housebroken, and takes treats gently. She is so happy to be with people wagging her tail when you call her name. Lady is so confused and lost without her human companion. Please do not let this sweet calm little Lady die all alone in a chilly shelter after providing a lifetime of love. Please be a foster, or adopt Lady to provide her
Charlie is a beautiful chocolate adult 8 year old sharpei that was left homeless when his owners moved and could not take him with them. He misses them a lot and could use a loving home to foster or make it his forever home. He’s well behaved, knows some tricks and does well around other dogs. Needs some leash training, but otherwise he’s ready to go after his neuter this week. Please think about this adult boy becoming a part of your family.
