MEET & GREET event at the Yarn & Bone Pet Supply Store in Georgetown, DE

We will be there from 10 – 2 pm.  

We have a table set up near the store entrance. I am mostly doing this to bring awareness to local folks about our rescue and the breed.  If you’re free any of those dates, please feel free to bring your pei.  My Mercy works hard at these events.  Always fun to have more pei, we do get lots of attention!

We still have not pulled a winning name for the CRONUT HOODIE we’re raffling off.   A few customers and store employees bought tickets.  $5 a ticket for a chance on a zippered, hooded sweatshirt/hoodie.   Has the Shar-Pei Rescue Logo with Jake Waffles on the front, near the top and a full. Blown color impression of CRONUT with his Puppy Bowl Bandana on.  

Sadly, Cronut was cut, never introduced as a player and had a few seconds around the 59/59 tied score.  If you go to Shar-Pei Rescue of Virginia’s Facebook Page, they’ve posted screenshots of the footage of him. Sadly, no one gets any compensation for going up to Glen Falls, NY and doing 10-hour days of shooting.  No compensation for gas, lodging, meals, etc at the shooting.   

I will be donating the monies collected from the raffle to Laura Say, Shar-Pei Rescue of Virginia. I purchased the hoodie myself.  

The family from Cherry Hill, NJ was fostering him and has since adopted him. He lives with one of the Maine flowered pei, we shared with SPRof VA and is named Brewzer!
