Teddy (#631-19)
Teddy is a shar-pei mix puppy full of energy who loves people and making new friends. He is working on his manners and would do better either on his own or in a house with another dog that likes to play.
Update 8/10/2019: Teddy went with his forever home to Reston, VA with his new daddy Roger.
